Small Business Loans: The Dirty Little Secret and …

Saturday, January 21st, 2012

www.504Experts.com SBA Loan Expert, Chris Hurn, discusses the ticking timebomb of small business lending. When small business owners want to buy commercial property, often many lenders gloss over (or omit altogether) certain loan options and focus only on ones that are more beneficial for the lender. This video explains what we like to call the “Dirty Little Secret” of small business lending — and it has to do with lenders withholding certain information from their borrowers in order to make more money, much to the detriment of small business owners.

Do You Think That Barack Obama & the Democrats Are Working Hard to Make Sure There Is No Government Shutdown?

Sunday, April 10th, 2011

Here is some of what Barry Caesar had to say.

“The only question is whether politics or ideology are going to get in the way of preventing a government shutdown. Now, what does this potentially mean for the American people? At a time when the economy is just beginning to grow, where we’re just starting to see a pickup in employment, the last thing we need is a disruption that’s caused by a government shutdown. Not to mention all the people who depend on government services, whether you’re a veteran or you’re somebody who’s trying to get a passport or you’re planning to visit one of the national monuments or you’re a business leader who’s trying to get a small business loan. You don’t want delays, you don’t want disruptions just because of usual politics in Washington.” — Barack Obama

Do you even believe that there will be a government shutdown?

Are the Democrats just trying to play politics and stir up controversy?

How Come Obama Lied About the TARP Being Successful When It Actually Is the Opposite?

Friday, October 22nd, 2010

When Congress enacted TARP, the hope was that injecting capital into hundreds of banks would spur lending and keep the economy from spiraling even deeper into recession.

But since then, lending to both consumers and businesses has continued to decline.

Earlier this month, the Treasury Department reported that the 22 banks that got the most aid from the government’s various bailout programs have cut their small business loan balances by .5 billion since April.

Barofsky, whose office has been closely tracking the evolution of TARP, also criticized the Obama administration’s Home Affordable Modification Program.

Even as Treasury allocated .5 billion towards that foreclosure-prevention program as of the end of last year, only 66,500 homeowners have received permanent modifications, with another 787,200 homeowners in trial modifications.

Still, there is no sign that the rate of foreclosures is slowing down anytime soon. Earlier this month, RealtyTrac, the online marketer of foreclosed homes, reported that foreclosure filings surged to a record 3 million in 2009, up 21% from 2008.

Yet another of the long list of the dismal failures of the Obama Cabal.

Vote them OUT in November before they bankrupt our great country

What Are the Steps to Getting a Small Business Loan?

Saturday, July 24th, 2010

My brother and I are very interested in buying a convienence store that is for sale locally. To buy the store and have some start up capital we would need around 0,000.00. I am curious as to know if it is going to be possible for us to attain a small business loan that would be guaranteed by the government. Here are a few details about our situation. My brother is 41, married with two children and his wife and him together make around 120,000.00 annually. Their credit is good, but not great. They have little to no cash/capital. I am 29 years old, married with two children, and no real income to speak of (full time student/little part time job making a hundred or two hundred bucks a week). My credit is average or worse than average (I co signed for an education loan for an ex g/f is the only thing that’s bad on my credit, but it’s there). I have up to ,000.00 cash/capital to work with if necessary. My brother has said that via heresay, he has heard it’s easy(easier) for a female to attain a business loan than a man (men), so we could get the loan in her name, possibly. That’s just one thing we’re kicking around. If it matters, we live in the state of Virginia. Can anyone tell me if it appears as though we have any chance of attaining the loan, if so, what is the best way to do so, and where to begin, and any tips to help along the way?
